2. Purchases & Payment

If you wish to purchase any product made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, and your billing address. We process payments through Konnektive CRM and associated merchant gateways.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Physical books are shipped via standard carriers. While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, Sherlock Puppy LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, national emergencies, or grid-related logistics failures. Tracking information will be provided via email upon dispatch.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Sherlock Puppy LLC and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Sherlock Puppy LLC.
